- ALL IMAGES SUBMITTED FOR THE CONTESTS MUST BE SCOUT APPROPRIATE!
- EACH SCOUT MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE ENTRY PER CONTEST.
- YOU MUST BE REIGSTERED FOR VIRTUAL HALLOWEEN IN ORDER TO ENTER/WIN.
- ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED NOT LATER THAN 11:59pm EST OCTOBER 30TH.
