Summer Camp Openings

Summer camp employment dates are three training weekends to be announced and June 7 through August 2, 2008.  Also, all summer camp positions includes living facilities and food during normal summer camp operations.  Summer Camp interviews are held on February 22-24 and March 1 at Camp La-No-Che.  However, we will have summer camp positions open until further notice and will interview for open position by appointment.

OPENINGS

Area Directors:  Supervise Counselors in an area of expertise and also able to provide some teaching of different program areas such as outdoor living skills, arts & crafts or high adventure.  Must be 18 years old or older. 

Senior Program Counselors:  Work with youth teaching more advances classes.  Must be 17 years old or older. 

Program Counselors:  Works with youth in teaching different program areas.  Must be 15 years old or older. 

Counselors in Training (CIT):  Youth at least 14 years old and above may apply to participate in the CIT program.  Must attend the Staff Training Weekends and a minimum of two other weeks during the summer.  The CIT participate in a training program to learn more about being a camp counselor.  (Must have parent permission)
