Camp Management:
The camp management are experienced and in year round positions to prepare for the 2011 summer camp well in advance. The camp director is Matt Ragan and Matt will be starting his 13th summer camp as the Director of Camps & Properties. Matt lives on camp and works year round on the camp facilities and camp program. The Assistant Camp Director is Kathy LaBar and Kathy has been on the camp staff for over 18 years. We want to let you know that we are currently working on preparing for the 2011 Summer Camp. The Assistant Camp Director for Program is Matt Moon and he is busy planning the summer program and enhancing our program areas. Camp Fee for Boy Scout or Venture Youth: TBA
Camp Fee For Central Florida Council Troops & Venture Crews who units hold FOS presentation by April 15, 2009: TBA
Provisional Scout Fee: TBA
Eagle Week Scout Fee: TBA

These are basic fees which include camping, meals Sunday dinner through Saturday breakfast and basic merit badges. Some merit badges and extra adult fees will have additional fees which will be provided in the 2011 Leader's Guide CD.
Summer Camp Campsite Registration: You may register by e-mail request to pam@camplanoche.com or by calling the camp at (352)669-8558. We will be happy to assist you in choosing your week and campsite. We will need an estimate on number of Scouts and Adults; your unit number and council info.
Payment Schedule: A $100 campsite payment is due at registration to reserve a campsite. Then $25 fee per scout is due on March 1 and then again on May 1. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to your camp week. If you pay after this two weeks deadline, then a late fee will be applied. You will pay the remaining amount due for Troop Time and additional merit badge class fee during the summer camp week in attendance. All these payments may be paid online at this website on another page once we have the new info set up or you may mail in to us.
Merit Badge class scheduling: You may schedule your Scouts merit badge classes starting February 1, 2009 either online or by mail. We will provide more info to you by e-mail if you request access to our online merit badge class registration. More info on this will be provided on the Leader's Guide CD or at this website this fall on both methods.
