Health Services

Camp Health Services are available through the Florida Hospital Health Lodge.  During the off-season from August through May, volunteers staff the health lodge.  During summer camp, the health lodge is staffed by summer paid staff.    The volunteers and summer staff are certified in First Aid by Red Cross, First Responders, Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Physician Assistants or Physicians.

All events using camp whether scouting or other group, the Health Officer must register with camp and provide the appropriate paper work to prove certification.  The Health Officer reports to the Camp Management and we will provide the keys and limited first aid supplies.  The Health Lodge is in need of first aid supplies.
